What we do
When people, organizations or companies break the rules and hurt people, we make them pay for the harms and losses that they cause. Why? First, to make sure that folks who follow the rules and work hard are compensated for what was unjustly taken from them, be it their health, their career and livelihood, their childhood and innocence, or their very lives.
There is another reason we make rule-breakers pay: to show them that if they break the rules, it will be expensive for them and they will pay dearly for the harm they cause. Sometimes people or companies break the rules or cheat people for the short term benefit that might result. But over time, we are all hurt by those who break the rules. So we force the rule-breakers to pay to show the real price of their conduct. Finally, when we make rule-breakers pay for the damage they cause, then we show others potentially like them that if they also ignore the safety rules, it will eventually cost them too. In this way, beyond seeing our clients fairly compensated for their harms and losses, we push for the larger social good of actually reforming the behavior of people and corporations, encouraging them to follow the rules.
Who we are
We are The Cifarelli Law Firm, LLP, a Santa Ana, California, law firm with an over 25-year history of working diligently on behalf of consumers, children, patients and homeowners. Our attorneys are devoted to making the legal process available and accessible to the people who need it most.

Making Our Services Available to AllIn all of our major practice areas, we accept cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning that our fee is a percentage of the compensation the client recovers, and if for whatever reason we are not able to recover anything, the client does not owe us anything.
